MEET THE TEAM
Howard Ramsden
Managing Director
As a Professional Engineer, Howard’s key technical input stems from years of experience in the power sector and in particular the renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Power system integration and optimisation is therefore part of the SDE toolbox during the design and implementation phases. His key responsibilities in SDE include project preparation and implementation. Over 30 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer in Africa and Europe.
Deshni Naidoo
Director
As a Director at SDE, Deshni began her career in the banking industry in 1999, holding diverse roles spanning sales coordination, IT technical support, treasury, and business analysis, ultimately advancing to prime broking. With over 25 years of combined experience in IT, business, and investments, Deshni has added key business development and strategic management skills to SDE since 1st October 2020.
